These terms cover this website and the events produced by Bearadise®, a Mexican owned and operated company in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, México. Buying a ticket or using this site means you accept them. Questions go to [email protected].

Lineups, venues and dates can change

Performers, venues and dates may change without notice. If any Bearadise® activity is postponed due to government restrictions or other unexpected causes, the event will be rescheduled to a future date rather than cancelled, and your ticket carries over to the new date.

Tickets

A ticket admits one person to the one event it names. Payment is taken by Stripe on their own secure pages, and your confirmation email is your ticket, so keep it and bring it with you.

Do not buy from anyone but us. Tickets bought from resellers, scalpers or anyone who is not Bearadise® or one of our named ticketing partners are not something we can honour or refund.

Prices and currency

The English pages of this website show prices in US dollars and the Spanish pages show them in Mexican pesos. The currency you check out in is the currency you are charged in. If that is not your card’s currency, your bank sets the exchange rate and may add its own foreign transaction fee, which is outside our control.

Refunds

All sales are final. The full policy, including the one exception, is on our refund policy page.

Photos and video

Bearadise® protects the privacy of everyone at our events and expressly prohibits photos or video taken by anyone who is not an authorized Bearadise® representative. If you appear in a photo we have published and want it removed, send the link and a short description to [email protected].

Our name and our work

Bearadise® is a registered trademark. The name, the logo, and the text, photographs and design of this site belong to Bearadise® or to the photographers and artists we work with, and are not yours to reuse commercially without asking.

Other people’s sites

We link to hotels, venues, promoters and ticketing partners. Those are their businesses, not ours, and what happens on their sites is between you and them.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of México, and our events take place in Jalisco.

Changes to these terms

We update this page when the way we do things changes, and the date at the top tells you when that last happened.
